Frequently asked questions
Who is the Healthy Choice Sage Organic Dunlop Latex Mattress best for, and who might it not suit?
This mattress suits sleepers seeking a fully organic latex system with customizable firmness and dual-sided options on Queen and King sizes. It may not be ideal for those who need a very soft feel or who prefer a single, non-adjustable firmness level.
How do I set up and optimize the comfort of this latex mattress?
Assemble the three-layer system (base 3" firm/medium, middle 3" adjustable, top 2" soft) atop a supportive foundation, then adjust the middle layer to firm, medium, or soft to match your body and sleeping position. It’s designed to work with adjustable bases and optional hardwood foundation.
What should a first-time buyer know about customizing this mattress?
Customize by choosing the middle layer firmness and the overall height to suit your weight, body type, and preferred sleep position, with dual firmness available on larger sizes for independent sides.
What makes this mattress different from typical latex mattresses?
It uses 100% GOLS-certified Dunlop organic latex and an organic cotton cover with wool for temperature regulation and natural flame retardancy, plus individually wrapped layers to reduce motion transfer and friction.
How is the cover and temperature management designed for comfort?
The cover is organic cotton jersey quilted with 900g organic wool, which helps regulate temperature and enhances comfort across seasons.
What care or maintenance does this mattress require to stay in good condition?
Maintain the sleep surface by rotating as needed to even out wear, and follow typical care for latex and wool coverings; avoid exposing the wool layer to excessive moisture to preserve its temperature-regulating properties.

All layers are individually wrapped to minimize friction and movement, while the organic cotton jersey cover quilted with 900g of soft organic wool enhances comfort and temperature control.
